起因是愛沙尼亞在安理會提了新的會議案
議案目標是強調「史無前例的新冠疫情對國際和平及安全帶來的可能威脅」
議案也強調希望各國能「使疫情資訊完全公開透明」


不過就算在其他月份，中國也可以行使常任理事國的否決權
總之相關議案處於停擺狀態 qq

China's government is outright evil. Western response to the virus's have
been lackluster, and its going to cost lives, but China trying to pivot the
initial blame away from themselves is comical.

中國政府完全就是邪惡的。西方目前為止反應非常令人失望，將會付出人命作為代價。
