法國總統馬克宏表示
雖然法國目前沒有要軍援飛機
但是已經開放訓練烏克蘭的飛行員，可以立即開始培訓
這個計畫會和其他歐洲國家合作，也在和美國討論

可以預期和英國一樣是以基礎訓練為主，
目前沒有承諾要給戰鬥機所以也無法針對特定機種進行訓練
