While they've been linked to Blake Snell in free agency, the Philadelphia Philli
es have
not "seriously discussed" a pursuit of the pitcher, according to a report.

有報導指出：費城人雖然時常被提及與去年賽揚獎投手Blake Snell之間的連結，
但他們其實並沒有「認真地去討論」挖角這位球星

In addition to having invested roughly $300 million in extensions for Aaron Nola
 and
Zack Wheeler, the Phillies aren't interested in signing a player that rejected a
 qualifying
offer as Snell did with the San Diego Padres.

主要的理由有2—
1.費城本身在Nola與Wheeler這兩位投手，就已經投資了3億美金
2.Snell上一季效力的教士隊，曾經對他提出合格報價（QO），雖然已經遭到Snell拒絕，
不過也足以讓費城對他提不起勁

The club that signs Snell will be required to forfeit their second and fifth pic
ks in the
2024 draft and $1 million in bonus pool space for international amateurs.

任何挖角Snell的球隊，都必須連帶廢除他們今年選秀會上的第2與第5輪選人權；
此外在國際新人的簽約上，也必須扣掉100萬美金的額度
