有啊，法律體啊，鄉民不是最愛嘴台灣的法律人都用一堆艱澀的字，來彰顯自己好像很專業
一樣。我跟你講，英美的法律人有過之而無不及喔
ad hoc：特別、臨時
lex situs：物之所在地
vice versa：反之亦然
prima facie：初步
inter alia：除了別的之外，其中包括
force majeure：不可抗力
這些字484看起來根本不像英文？
再來就是英美法律的精華，英美契約，那個語句噁心到讓人懷疑人生~
If the buyer is in delay in taking delivery of the goods or，where payment of th
e price and delivery of the goods are to be made concurrently ，if he fails to p
ay the price，and the seller is either in possession of the goods or otherwise a
ble to control their disposition ，the seller must take such steps as are reason

這幾段英文根本也不是平常講話會用的語句，但英美法律人就是超愛這樣繞來繞去，嘻嘻
