1. 先到 http://www.polldaddy.com/ 


2. 點右上角的 [Get Started]


3. 選 Free ，點 Sign up


4. 輸入註冊資料
(1) First Name，Last Name
(2) Email Address
(3) PassWord
(4) 勾選I have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
(5) 點 Create My Account 按鈕


完成後，到下面這頁


5. 點選 Polls 頁

完成後到


6. 點選 Create New Poll


7. 輸入投票內容
(1)輸入Poll Questions
(2)輸入選項
(3)要讓投票可複選，勾Allow multiple selections
(4)要讓答案不照順序，勾Randomize answer order
(5)要加入其他，由使用者輸入選項，勾Allow users to enter their own answer

(6)要在期限後關閉投票，下拉選Poll Closing
(7)要即時顯示投票結果，圈選Results
(8)要防止多重投票，圈選Repeat Voters
(9)要輸入使用者意見，圈選Comments


8. 點選 Create Poll 建立投票


將出現 Embed Link 視窗如下。


9. 選擇 Flash Poll。


10. 複製右邊的代碼




11. 將10的代碼內容前後加上 [html] 以及 [/html] 如下
